You can elect to keep or dispose of your tub or existing tray during the sale process. As we do have limited space, we are unable to store tubs and trays. If you are wanting to keep the existing tub or tray, this is to be collected within 5 business days from this being removed from your vehicle. We will contact you to advise when this has been completed. Any tubs that are left at our workshop after the 5 days will be sent to salvage.
High Amp Maintenance offer 3 year warranty on workmanship from the date of purchase. All locks, gas struts, hinges and drawer runners have a 12 month warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence. Warranty becomes void if products are used for an unintended purpose or alternate way. Unsatisfactory installation may also void warranty. Items given away in promotion periods will not be covered by warranty. Warranty does not cover theft or attempted theft of items or any damage which occurs. High Amp does not offer warranty for any surface damage that occurs to any of our products, including scratches or rust that may occur over time. Any item subject to claim must be reported to High Amp Maintenance directly. Full details of the product’s fault as well as photo evidence will be required before the warranty is actioned.
To secure a booking date and accurate lead time, we do require a 50% deposit of your total order to lock in your build. The final balance payment, will be due no later than 2 days prior to your fitting date. If products are being shipped to you, payment is required at least 3 days prior to the product being shipped. This allows enough time for the money to hit our account. No products will be released prior to payment being made.
Unless agreed with the sales rep deposit are non refundable.
Yes, we can arrange shipping for certain products depending on your location. While we take care to prepare all items for dispatch, any damage or loss during transit is covered by the freight provider’s insurance. Claims must be made directly with the provider.
Fitting time varies between make, model and your selected options. Fitment of trays, canopies and toolboxes can take between 2 – 3 days. This information is provided only as a guide. Please contact our team for more information.

Our headboards are our own design. We do not offer modifications to our headboards as this is the most suitable design for our trays.
Yes, we offer pro-texture black powder-coating as standard! We recommend powder coating as the most durable option. Different colours can be discussed during the order process for an additional cost. All custom colouring is done locally, and powder coating will be included in your lead time.
No. We offer aluminium trays that are steel equivalent in strength and durability with half the weight.
Yes, our deluxe and premium trays are built standard with roll over protection. We can provide a ROPS certification plaque on your tray if required.
The spare tyre mounting configuration stays the same on all Utes except for Landcruisers. We move the spare tyre mount onto the headboard for the Landcruisers. Under tray tyre mounting options are not available for the 79 series dual and single cabs.
Wiring for taillights and number plate lights are included in your initial quote. Wiring for any additional accessories are not included in the standard price.
Our tanks are fed off a singular fill point and gravity fed into the main tank.
We provide a variety of aluminum canopies and toolboxes tailored to fit our tray dimensions. While we do offer custom sizes, we do not change our toolbox profile.
We offer three standard internal layout options for our canopies and toolboxes. We can work with you to design custom internals however, any custom fabrication will incur a drafting fee.
Depending on the canopy you are after we are able to include jack on/of points in your build. Jack legs are available to include in your order.
Yes all of our canopies and toolboxes have provisions for wiring.
Our toolbox canopies combine six different parts into one sealed assembly, these are complete with a fully sealed rear door situated between the boxes. Our enclosed toolboxes feature a rear door and toolbox lid and are not weather proof. While we are more than happy to build either, we highly recommend the toolbox canopy for longevity.
All our trailers are built with a powder-coated galvanised steel chassis for strength and durability, and the remainder of the trailer is made from aluminium to keep weight down and resist corrosion.
As standard we offer three different size trailer options. Due to the trailer manufacturing laws, we are unable to customise the size of our trailers.
Our trailers are fitted with Alpha independent shock and coil suspension 3.5T rated. Additionally, 4T rated suspension is available upon request.
No, we don’t complete trailer registration. However, we provide the inspection paperwork and all required documentation for you to take to your local transport department (QLD only).
For interstate customers, registration requirements vary by state and will need to be completed through the relevant local authority or accredited inspector.
As standard, our trailers tare in at approximately 940 kg, depending on the trailer size and any additional extras added.
The ATM (Aggregate Trailer Mass) of our trailers is 3500 kg.
Yes, all our trailer builds are equipped with electric brakes and a breakaway unit as standard.
